My first memories involve me living in Germany as my Dad was posted there during his time in the army. We then moved back to England where I attended the boarding school the Duke of York’s in Kent. After staying on at the school for college I went straight on to Loughborough University to achieve a BSC Hons degree in Economics. After taking a gap year to travel and focus on modelling which I had recently started, I arrived at the University of Surrey to study for a MSC in International Business Management.

At school I always had a passion for sports and was very competitive. I didn’t have a stand-out favourite sport, instead playing anything the teachers would let me!

I first entered the gym when I was just about to turn 19 after watching the film ‘Amityville Horror’ and seeing Ryan Reynolds transformation. I guess I thought, hey if he can do it why cant I?! Just before my 21st birthday I had my Men’s Health cover shoot, and before I started training I didn’t have a hint of a six-pack. A good training regime, diet and correct use of supplements played a crucial role in this, but without good knowledge of what you are doing and what you want to achieve, it wont amount to the gains you want and should achieve.
